Priscila has a background in various fields, including Social Communication, Sales, Customer Service and Human Resources. She understands the importance of building strong relationships with everyone she comes into contact with.
Her interpersonal skills are exemplary and she will always find a way to get the job done. Her keen eye for detail ensures that our residential clients receive top-quality services every time we come through their doors.

Duda is an invaluable member of our team and has been with us from the beginning.
She had a career in early childhood teaching prior to joining QueenPro, which gave her plenty of experience working with people and anticipating issues.
Her great communication skills make it easy for her to communicate effectively, identify common goals, and know how to handle any conflicts that may arise.
She’s also very proactive; always willing to learn new things and help out wherever needed. That’s why she took over QueenPro’s social media when we were having trouble managing our own accounts – she was up for the challenge!

Carol has a degree in Civil Engineering and experience working as a leader for 4 years. During this time, she gained experience in learning, making mistakes, recognizing areas of improvement, and maintaining projects.
Carol enjoys meticulously adding unique touches to make clients feel like they are walking into a hotel that has just been made up for them – this could involve arranging stuffed animals creatively, folding bath towels neatly, or even straightening throws and pillows!
Carol is thrilled to be joining a team whose values align with her own personal beliefs. It will help her grow as an individual and professionally.

Julie is a lively and cheerful dog at QueenPro HQ.
She’s been with us for nine years, and during that time she has had two surgeries on her hind legs- the first of which restored movement in her right leg but the left still remains static due to an earlier injury.
In the summertime, Julie loves spending time at our cottage by the lake where she enjoys playing fetch with a toy ball and tiger balm biscuits as treats.
